Being put into police custody, especially if you are still drunk, can be a scary experience but staying calm is a must. Respectfully request legal representation from the sleep doctor Houston TX when speaking with the police, and remember, anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Of course, the only way to ensure that you don’t receive a DUI is to be a safe and responsible adult who doesn’t drink and drive.
