Whitney Elise Wietfeld and Spencer James Mumma were married July 15, 2017, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in West Point. Father Steve Emanuel officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Randy and Shellie Wietfeld of West Point. The groom is the son of Nicci Laurie of Waverly and Brent Mumma of Omaha.
Grandparents of the couple are Harry Persson of West Point, Charles and Karen Mumma of Omaha.
The bride wore a strapless, mermaid style dress in champagne and ivory lace.
Matron of honor was Kaylie Bracht. Bridesmaids included Kelsey Papenhausen, Katie Christiansen, Randi Miller, Samantha Renter and KyLee Mumma.
Candlelighters were Valerie Van Roeyen and Jill Gfeller.
Personal attendants were Amber Hugo, Jessica Heiser, Kari Patefield and Samantha Ingham.
The best man was Nick Harpster. Groomsmen were Keith Stille, Eric Wietfeld, Zach Wietfeld, Jeff Bracht and Alex Harris.
Ushers were Derek Panneton and Rob DeLair.
Flower girl was Charlie Bracht with Cameron Bracht and Grayson Witt as ringbearers.
A reception and dance were held at the Nielsen Community Center in West Point.
Whitney is employed by the Educational Service Unit#4 in Auburn, as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Spencer is employed as a trading specialist at Orion Advisor Services.
Following a honeymoon to Jamaica, the couple is residing in Auburn.
