Funeral services for Gerald G. Heller, 84, of rural St. James, MN were Friday, July 6, 2012 at Grace Lutheran Church in Ormsby, MN. Internment was in Zion Lutheran Cemetery in rural Odin, MN with full military honors.
Gerald passed away on July 1, 2012, at the Minneapolis V.A. Health Care System in Minneapolis, MN.
Survivors include his three sons, Gerry Heller and his wife, Rhonda, of rural St. James, MN, Luane Heller and his wife, Karen, of rural Butterfield, MN and Scott Heller and his wife, Robbin, of Sherburn, MN; eight grandchildren, Jason Heller and his wife, Sarah of Albert Lea, MN, Nicole Rogers and her husband, Jim, of North Mankato, Matt Heller and special friend, Jessa of Bloomington, Megan Ambrose and her husband, Brian, of Sherburn, Mike Heller and his wife, Megan, of Sherburn, Lucas Heller and his wife, Stephanie, of Madelia, MN, Jeremy Heller and his wife, Vanessa, of Janesville, MN and Jessy Heller of rural Butterfield; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Joseph and Isiah Rogers, Jackson and Brady Heller, Leo Heller, Kaine, Jacob and Jak Heller, Logan and Ethan Heller; two sisters, Elaine Kirkland and her husband, Mel, of Norfolk and Margaret Kind and her husband, Russell, of Wisner; sister-in-law, Marilynn Heller; step-mother-in-law, Esther Wascher of Trimont, MN; sister-in-law, LeeAnn Cummins and her husband, Marvin, of Hamel, MN, Lana Faye Brock of Sheboygan Falls, WI; brother-in-law, Lowell Wascher and his wife, Lois, of Helena, MT; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
