A year after sharing information in West Point about the creation Blueprint Nebraska, State Chamber of Commerce leaders were back in town recently to update area residents on what’s happened with that initiative in the past year to boost the state’s economy.

“One of the things we have realized is that there really isn’t an economic plan for Nebraska,” said Bryan Sloan, president of the Nebraska State Chamber of Commerce. 

Sloan and Jim Smith, former state senator and director of Blueprint Nebraska, spoke to a small group recently at the Nielsen Community Center.
