The City of West Point will act on a proposed 2019-2020 budget Tuesday, Sept. 3, when it meets for its regular monthly meeting and to hold its required budget hearing.

The city is proposing a $60,634 increase in property taxes and a tax levy of 46.79 cents per $100 of valuation, which is less than the current levy of 47.93 cents.
