The Bluestem Energy Solutions wind turbine project in Cuming County failed to gain the support of the Cuming County Board of Supervisors last week. The board tabled a request to grant a conditional use permit for the project because some supervisors wanted more time to study the issue.

Steve Meister was the lone supervisor to vote against tabling the agenda item. Supervisors briefly discussed the project after a public hearing.
