The Bohemian Duck, West Point’s soon-to-open restaurant, will have options for both the picky and adventurous eaters.

Duck isn’t just in the restaurant’s name, it’s on the menu.

The Bohemian Duck’s food selection will feature an assortment of fowl, fish and meats on a rotating, seasonal menu.

Robert Knobbe gave his new business its name to grab attention while holding significance to his own personal story.
