Two years and four months after the death of Ernest Warnock, a father and his son have been sentenced to prison for their roles in killing him.

Last Thursday in Cuming County District Court, Judge Mark Johnson sentenced Derek Olson to 40-60 years in prison for second-degree murder. He was also given two to four years in prison for second-degree arson for his role in burning down Warnock’s house.
