The calendar says it’s the end of May, which means property owners in Cuming County will start seeing new valuation notices in their mailboxes next week.

Cuming County Assessor Cherie Kreikemeier told the West Point News that the notices will be mailed Saturday.

Market adjustments were done on residential and commercial properties in all four municipalities, and on rural homes, rural buildings and rural commercial properties.
