Beemer Café

At the Beemer Café, a rolling server cart holds a stack of ceramic cups, enough to serve a large crowd—a good thing for the many regulars that make the café part of their daily ritual.

According to owners Mary and Gene Lyon, groups regularly gather for one of the early morning, mid morning, or afternoon coffee (or soda) meet ups. Now a staple in the community, the much-loved social and dining hub wouldn’t be around if the couple hadn’t taken a chance on opening it 15 years ago.
