Hands of Heartland

Founded in 1998, Hands of Heartland was created to help people with developmental disabilities find employment and eventually the company expanded to provide other services as well.

Currently, Hands of Heartland has locations in Bellevue, Lincoln, Grand Island and when they saw a need for services in West Point, they recently opened another location.
