The Feed Trough

Chelsea Gregerson, owner of The Feed Trough, holds up a plate of her decorated sugar cookies in a Valentine’s Day theme. Special orders for holiday baked goods are one of many items offered at the café in West Point.

Six months ago, Chelsea Gregerson was handed the keys to the former sale barn café, now called The Feed Trough under Gregerson’s ownership.

Between keeping burgers sizzling on the grill, preparing cookies, cakes and pies, and stocking inventory, running the long-time community restaurant keeps Gregerson busy. The chance for her to take over the café came up when the former owner retired last spring.
