The Karlen Memorial Library in Beemer had a special visitor last Tuesday evening. Smiling and twinkly-eyed, Santa Claus welcomed the children and invited them to tell him their Christmas wishes. They also had the opportunity to have their picture taken.

Brother and sister Beckett and Piper Johnson of Beemer arrived first to see Santa. Beckett asked Santa for a Lego house with a lake. Piper topped her brother’s request by asking Santa for a Lego Barbie dream house with 42 characters.
