Scroll saw artist

Jessie Eby with a dresser she completed for her son Barrett in her woodworking space. In addition to her scroll saw signs, Eby also builds home furniture.

In her garage-turned-shop, Jessie Eby focuses on her latest woodworking project. She guides wood through her scroll saw, cutting out letters, flowers and greenery accents.

The letters, which spell out a newlywed couple’s name, will be laid onto a backing and framed, creating an elegant wedding sign.

In total, the sign will have taken Eby about a week to create.
