Property owners in Nebraska will see an increase in their state property tax credits next year, according to news shared this week by Nebraska Department of Revenue.

The total amount of credit available for statewide distribution in 2020 is $275 million. That translates to a state property tax credit of $102.21 for the owner of a $100,000. That homeowner will receive that credit on next year’s property tax bill.
