Property owners in Nebraska will see an increase in their state property tax credits next year, according to news shared this week by Nebraska Department of Revenue.

The increase in state property tax credits for the owner of a $100,000 home amounts to $17.65. That homeowner will receive a total credit of $104.15 per $100,000 of valuation on next year’s property tax bill.

For agricultural land owners, the credit amounts to $124.98 per $100,000 of valuation.
