Governor Pete Ricketts said last week that people in Nebraska younger than 65 with underlying health conditions will now have to wait longer to receive a vaccination to help ward off COVID-19.

They will be vaccinated as part of the general public vaccination and will not be prioritized. The general public vaccination will likely not happen until April or May.
