The Lower Elkhorn Natural Resources District’s board of directors isn’t short of opinions to consider regarding its proposed groundwater management area for parts of Cuming, Dodge and Colfax counties.

More than 250 people showed up to express theirs last Thursday when the LENRD held an open house/public hearing at the Nielsen Community Center in West Point.
