Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. We can’t help but think Congressman Don Bacon and Sen. Deb Fischer feel they’re in that corner after voting to support the infrastructure bill that narrowly passed through the house last week.

Bacon has been targeted on social media by conservatives upset about his vote, which he maintains was to pass a bipartisan bill. That bill is a $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill that gives Nebraska more than $2 billion for roads and bridges and in the neighborhood of $100 million for rural broadband.
