West Point-Beemer’s Alejandro Edeza finds the seam and bursts past the Arlington defense for an 80-yard touchdown run in Friday night’s season opening win in West Point.

Fueled by a quick start, West Point-Beemer locked up a 37-22 home win over Arlington in Friday night’s high school football season opener. But it didn’t come without a fight.

West Point-Beemer piled up touchdowns in the 1st quarter en route to a 24-0 lead. Edgar Rodriguez injected momentum into the Cadets right away when he took the opening play of the game to the end zone for an 80-yard score.
