In a girls basketball match-up that featured a pair of 3rd-ranked teams in the state, Guardian Angels Central Catholic 3rd in Class C2 and Archbishop Bergan 3rd in Class D1, it turned into a one-sided affair.

That was all due to GACC’s defensive dominance as the Bluejays overpowered Bergan 65-37 Thursday evening in West Point.
