West Point-Beemer’s Zach Paasch collects a big-time pin over Wayne’s Reid Korth in a 170-pound match at their home dual invite on Saturday. West Point-Beemer went 5-0 in duals to win their home tournament. The Cadets also won the girls invite.

West Point-Beemer was a perfect 5-0 in their home dual tournament wrestled on Saturday. Going undefeated, the Cadets captured the team title. The Cadets posted wins over Quad-County Northeast, Omaha Central JV, Fort Calhoun, York JV and Wayne.

“Saturday was a big day for our team. We made big strides and gained some major momentum going into this week,” Cadet head coach Jason Redmond said. “We wrestled tough and found ways to win. This was a huge confidence builder."
