Governor Pete Ricketts announced new directed health measures that went into effect Wednesday for Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) relaxing some restrictions in Cuming, Burt, Madison, and Stanton counties.

These less restrictive DHMs:
--Allow for the limited reopening of dine-in services at restaurants and limited reopening of salons, barbershops, tattoo parlors, and massage therapy services.
-- Increase the per room/space childcare limits from 10 to 15 kids (subject to the usual child-to-staff ratios).
