Stress caused by last spring’s catastrophic flooding is still a part of many northeast Nebraskans’ lives, according to a representative of the Nebraska Strong Recovery Project who stopped at several government offices and news outlets in Cuming County last week.

The Nebraska Strong Recovery Project is working to let those directly and indirectly affected by the disaster know that resources are available to help them deal with mental health issues.
