Negotiations between the Wisner-Pilger School Board and the Wisner-Pilger Education Association, the bargaining agent for the teachers, resulted in a 3.86 percent bump for teachers’ total salary and benefits for the 2020-2021 school year.

Wisner-Pilger teachers will receive a $650 increase to their current base salary of $35,050 for the 2020-2021 school year. The negotiating committee reported that insurance costs increased 6.7 percent, which is why the 3.86 percent increase for total benefits and salary may seem a little higher than usual.
