Former Pilger village clerk Kim Neiman did not speak when Stanton County Sheriff Mike Unger arrested her at her home at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8, according to Unger. Neiman, 57, faces seven felony theft charges, seven misdemeanor counts of abuse of public records and three misdemeanor counts of official misconduct.
