Cuming County’s Board of Supervisors will get a review of the proposed changes to the county’s rural zoning regulations at a special meeting Feb. 10. The board agreed to the meeting Friday morning when it met for its final meeting of 2019. The special meeting on Monday, Feb. 10 – which is open to the public – will start at 1 p.m. in the board meeting room on the second floor of the courthouse.
At that meeting, Keith Marvin of Marvin Planning Consultants will go over changes he and the Planning Commission (PC) have recommended. The PC has met monthly this past year with Marvin to review and suggest the changes.
