The past two years have been a wash, of sorts, when it comes to Cuming County and its valuation. After a two percent increase of just over $46 million a year ago, the 2019 totals come in just under $49 million, or a two percent decline.

To say the valuations county-wide have tapered off is true. The two most recent years followed up two years of double digit percentage increases.
