The Wisner VFW Post 5767 and Wisner VFW Auxiliary 5767 will be hosting the Veterans Day program in the north gym of the Wisner-Pilger school on Friday, Nov. 10.

The event is set to begin at 1 p.m., and will include the following program:

•National Anthem sung by Mindi DeVault;

•Welcome by Rich Brahmer and Barb Huettmann;

•Song by W-P kindergarten students;

•Announcement of Voice of Democracy winner and presentation, along with announcement of Patriotic Pen competition by Brahmer and Huettmann;

•Poem by W-P first and second grade students;

•Song ‘God Bless the USA’ by DeVault;

•Poem by W-P third and fourth grade students;
